The Dexion Lifetime Product Warranty* covers the structural failure and defects in materials and workmanship of new products manufactured by Dexion Asia Pacific.
A proactive approach with preventive protocols in place are crucial to maintain the validity of the Lifetime Product Warranty. Prioritising regular maintenance and inspections help to identify minor issues or damages before they escalate into major concerns. Promptly taking actions to address these issues prevents system failures and ensures safe operations for the team.
As such, it is necessary for Dexion to conduct an inspection of your storage installation and products during the twelfth month of every consecutive 12-month period to maintain the validity of the Dexion Lifetime Product Warranty* throughout its duration.
