We implemented a solution that streamlined their picking and retrieval processes, improving efficiency with simple technologies like barcode scanning. Century Yuassa faced challenges with stock rotation, particularly with batteries that had limited shelf life. 

Our solution provided easily accessible picking locations, optimising efficiency and maintaining the integrity of the products. For Toyota, we designed a shelving system that was not only functional and organised but also aligned with their AFM and Toyota standards.
